Co-founder and Professor of Preventive and Therapeutic Nutrition at CICSH - International Center for Holistic Health Training A.C., since 1989. Founder and Director of CIES - Center for Research and Education for Health A.C., since 2001.

  • Genomic polymorphisms in the metabolism of estrogens and xenobiotics, dietary factors and development of breast cancer.
  • Impact of nutrition and supplementation with natural immunomodulators.
