Qualitative Research
This is based on the observation of small-population groups. For example, these investigations can be used for an in-depth analysis on what patients think about a hospital’s quality of service. The information to be analyzed comes from audios and / or videos, i.e., not quantitative. Qualitative research requires a deep understanding of and the reasons that govern human behavior.
